I will add the issue was not in the wait staff itself, our server did everything that he could, he was not only friendly but very apologetic as well- the issue was with the upper management and owner. If they can not do their job how can I expect the servers to be able to do theirs...
as we began closing out bills to leave a "manager" came out and told us next time talk to her... surprisingly she was the one that took the original reservations!!! ( Funny!!! They told us the lady we spoke to left with out informing the restaurant of our reservations lol ) When we informed her the she was the one that took the original reservations the story changed... she rudely started yelling BYE... BYE and waving her hand in the air and even stated "y'all get out of here" BYE --- I can assure you that there will NOT be a next time...
Would NOT recommend! Service is the worst. Ive been waiting over 30 minutes for a burger and haven't even received my drink yet. Will NOT EVER BE BACK!
Great outdoor seating (indoor as well) offering a view over Lake Texoma. Outdoor bar and stage for performances. Had their salad for lunch which was great. Friendly staff and quick service.
As a Party of 40+ we not only made reservations last month but also confirmed several days prior to our arrival... The service was lacking to say the least... not only were they under staffed but they ran out of beer among other items not being available on the menu. Appetizers staggered out 45 mins to an hour after ordering and some did not receive their orders at all. When the owner was notified, he was setting at the bar drinking, it was obvious he was drunk and stated that if we were unhappy we could leave...
We came for the Open Mic which was good but only a handful of players showed up. Even though it was hot outdoors it was nice and a cool breeze completed the ambience under a pavilion. The service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of Lake Texoma.
Edit: It ended up taking 53 minutes to get our food and nearly 25 minutes (and asking 3 times) to get my drink. The manager refused to come speak to us. I Finally found the owner sitting at the bar drinking and attempted to voice my concern. He stated that he didn't care and that we could leave.
Amazing view point, good atmosphere, simple and very tasty food. As it mention there it is not fast food but good food, which they are trying to prepare it as fast as possible.
